Audio Manager
Within a contact center, audio has many uses throughout the process of handling incoming and outgoing calls. Some of these purposes include:
- Hold music
- Menu options
- Promotions and advertisements
- Special announcements for holidays, emergencies, and other important or noteworthy situations
The Audio Manager feature of Humanify Portal provides you with the ability to manage audio. With it you can perform the following actions:
- Add/delete audio files
- Group audio files
- Assign languages
- Activate/deactivate audio files
- Schedule audio file activation
Accessing the Audio Manager Page
Access the Audio Manager page by selecting Audio Manager from the Humanify Portal navigation menu.
NOTE:
If the Humanify Portal menu is not expanded, click the Audio Manager icon to access the Audio Manager page.
