Phone management is critical for contact centers, as they are used by agents for both incoming and outgoing calls. Phones typically have one line, but in some cases they have two or more based on contact center needs. Managing multiple phones and lines can be difficult, but the Humanify Portal Phones tool makes phone management easy.
