Delete a Phone

If the contact center is no longer using a phone, or it is no longer needed, it can be deleted. This topic shows you how to remove or delete a phone from within the Phones tool.

Deleting a Phone

Delete a phone by completing the following steps:

1. On the Phones page, locate the phone you want to delete.
2. Click the Delete Phone task icon located on the same row of the phone to be deleted.

3. Confirm deleting the phone by clicking the Delete button, or click Cancel to cancel the operation.

A success confirmation displays in the upper right corner upon successfully deleting the phone. The message disappears after a few seconds.
