Audit a Phone

On the Phones page, an Audit Phones feature is available for all phones. Audit allows for viewing and tracking any changes made to a phone and displays the history of any changes made based on the following:

• Clone phone
• Add user
• Remove user

Accessing Audit Phone

Access Audit Phone by doing the following:

1. Locate the phone to audit on the Phones page.

2. Click the Audit Phone task icon located on the same row of the phone.

Filtering Search by Audit Types

Before performing the audit search, select the type of audit to filter the results by. The Audit Phones feature has the following audit type filters available:

• All – Displays results for all audit change types.
• User/Changed by – Displays only audit results for phone changes made by a user.
• Phone – Displays only audit results for changes made to a phone.

Audit Results

The following are changes frequently displayed in Audit Phones results:

• <User First Name> <User Last Name> cloned the phone <Phone Name>.
• <User First Name> <User Last Name> added the user <User First Name> <User Last Name>.
• <User First Name> <User Last Name> removed the user <User First Name> <User Last Name>.
