Reset a Phone

When experiencing connectivity issues with a phone, you can troubleshoot by resetting it using the Phones tool. This topic will show you how to reset a phone.

Resetting a Phone

Reset a phone by doing the following:

1. On the Phones page, locate the phone that needs reset.
2. Click the Reset Phone task icon located on the same row of the phone to be reset.

3. Confirm resetting the phone by clicking the Reset button, or click Cancel to cancel the operation.

A success confirmation displays in the upper right corner upon successfully resetting the phone. The message disappears after a few seconds.
