Agent Desktop Layout

The Finesse Administration feature within Webex CCE Administration Portal allows users with access to the feature the ability to customize the appearance of the Finesse Desktop for agents and supervisors. You can also add custom gadgets to the Finesse Desktop to meet the needs of the users.

Accessing the Agent Desktop Layout Page

1. Click to expand the Finesse Admin menu on the Webex CCE Administration Portal navigation menu.

2. Select Agent Desktop Layout.
