Add a New Call Variable Layout

Create a new call variable layout by doing the following:

1. Click the Actions button.
2. Select the Add New Layout option.

3. Enter a name for the new call variable layout into the Name field.
4. Enter a brief description for the new layout into the Description field. (This field is optional.)
5. Enter a display name for the Call Header Layout into the Display Name field.
6. Click this to display a drop-down menu allowing you to select a call variable.
7. Click the Add Row button to add a new row to the Call Body Left-Hand Column Layout.
8. Enter a display name for a row in the Display Name field.
9. Click to select a call variable from the drop-down menu.
10. Delete a row by clicking the Delete (trash can) icon.
11. Click the Add Row button to add a new row to the Call Body Right-Hand Column Layout.
12. Enter a display name for a row in the Display Name field.
13. Click to select a call variable from the drop-down menu.
14. Delete a row by clicking the Delete (trash can) icon.
15. Click the Save button to save the new layout or click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.
