Assign or Un-assign Agent Teams for Team Desktops

To assign or un-assign agent teams for team desktops, do the following:

Accessing the Manage Agent Teams Dialog

You must first access the Manage Agent Teams dialog:

  1. Locate the team desktop needing agent teams assigned or un-assigned.
  2. Click the Edit Agent Teams task icon located on the same row of the desktop.

This opens the Manage Agent Teams dialog box.

Assigned Agent Teams Pane – Lists all agent teams currently assigned to the selected team desktop.

Available Agent Teams Pane – Lists all agents currently available for assigning to the selected team desktop.

Assigning Agent Teams

  1. Place a check next to each agent team you want to assign to the team desktop in the Available Agent Teams pane. To quickly select all available agent teams for assignment, click the Select All check box.

NOTE:

Agent teams must have at least one assigned agent, or the team may not display on this list.

  1. Click the Assign button to move selected agent teams to the Assigned Agent Teams pane.

The selected agent teams now display at the top of the Assigned Agent Teams pane. The green highlighting indicates any agent teams recently assigned, but not yet saved.

  1. Click the Save button to save the changes, or click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.

Un-assigning Agent Teams

  1. Place a check next to each agent team to un-assign from the team desktop in the Assigned Agent Teams pane. To quickly select all assigned agent teams for un-assignment, click the Select All check box.
  2. Click the Un-assign button to move selected agent teams to the Available Agent Teams pane.

The selected agent teams now display at the top of the Available Agent Teams pane. The red highlighting indicates any agent team recently un-assigned, but not yet saved.

  1. Click the Save button to save the changes, or click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.
