Audit a Team Desktop

On the Team Desktop page, an Audit Desktop feature is available for all team desktops. Audit allows for viewing and tracking any changes made to a team desktop and displays the history of any changes made based on the following:

  • Edit/update team desktop
  • Add/remove agent team assignments

Accessing Audit Desktop

Access Audit Desktop by doing the following:

  1. Locate the team desktop to audit on the Team Desktop page.
  1. Click the Audit Desktop task icon located on the same row of the agent team.

Filtering Search by Audit Types

Before performing the audit search, select the type of audit to filter the results by. The Audit Desktop feature has the following audit type filters available:

  • All – Displays results for all audit change types.
  • User/Changed by – Displays only audit results for team desktop changes made by a user.

Audit Results

The following are changes frequently displayed in Audit Desktop results:

  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> updated Desktop Layout <Team Desktop Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> added Agent Teams <Agent Team Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> removed Agent Teams <Agent Team Name>.
