Audit a Team Desktop
The Audit Desktop feature on the Team Desktop page allows administrators to track and review changes made to any team desktop, such as updates or changes in team assignments.
Accessing Audit Desktop
Access Audit Desktop by doing the following:
- Access the Team Desktop page.
- Find the relevant team desktop and click the Audit Desktop icon next to it.
Using the Audit Feature

Filtering Search by Audit Types
Select one of the filters described below to narrow down the results:
- All – Displays results for all audit change types.
- User/Changed by – Displays only audit results for team desktop changes made by a user.
Audit Results
The following are changes frequently displayed in Audit Desktop results:
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> created Desktop Layout <Desktop Layout Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> updated Desktop Layout <Desktop Layout Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> removed Desktop Layout <Desktop Layout Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> added Agent Teams <Agent Team Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> removed Agent Teams <Agent Team Name>.
