Users

The Users tool displays a list of all agent and non-agent users, both active and deactivated. On this page a contact center can manage all users, and perform the following tasks:

  • View a list of users
  • Use the powerful search and filter features to perform a search for one or more users
  • Reset user passwords
  • Create a new agent or non-agent user by cloning an existing agent or non-agent user
  • Assign or un-assign skills for agents
  • Edit user information
  • Activate or deactivate a user
  • Perform user audits

Accessing the Users Page - Method 1

Select Users from the Webex CCE Administration Portal navigation menu.

Accessing the Users Page - Method 2

Select the Password Reset or the Clone User shortcuts from the Launchpad page.
