Callbacks Admin

The Callbacks Admin tool gives callback administrators control over how the contact center handles callbacks. Using this tool, you can configure queue, instance, and status retry settings, each with a wide variety of options available for fine tuning the callback process.

Accessing the Callbacks Admin Page

  1. Click to expand the Callbacks menu on the Webex CCE Administration Portal navigation menu.
  2. Select Admin.
