Callbacks Admin Tool Features

All callback administration settings available are organized into three tabs on the Callbacks Admin page.

Select a Region

If your organization operates within multiple regions, you can use the POD Code drop-menu found on the Callbacks Admin page to select a region to view and change settings for.

View BuildInfo for Callbacks

The latest BuildInfo is displayed in the top right corner of the Callbacks Admin page for any users that may need it.

Queue Settings Tab

Under the Queue Settings tab, you will find settings and options that allow you to add or remove dial numbers, and manage queues associated to the dial numbers. Queue settings for each dial number display in the pane on the right side allowing for quick configuration of their limitations and functions. Callback and Portal Administrators can configure the Offer Callbacks feature and define a schedule for canceling callbacks daily.

Instance Settings Tab

The Instance Settings tab is home a variety of settings used for configuring the callback database, server settings, prompts, timers, and more.

Status Retry Settings Tab

Settings found under the Status Retry Settings tab provide callback administrators with the ability to define how the most common scenarios or responses are handled when retrying a callback. Settings can be configured for the following:

  • Retry failure
  • Fax/answering machine detection
  • Busy signals
  • No answers
  • Abandoned calls
  • Connection timeouts
  • Voice messages

POD Settings Tab

Callback and Portal Administrators can access this tab to enable and configure the following:

  • Offer Callbacks Automation
  • Daily automatic Cancel of all pending Callbacks features.

Audit Tab

View the history of changes made within Callbacks Admin and the Callbacks dashboard using audit.

Bulk Upload Tab

The Callbacks' Bulk Upload is a feature that allows Callbacks Administrators to create callbacks campaigns. Using the available template spreadsheet, you can quickly load callbacks data in bulk.
