Create a New Tenant

Each time a new customer subscribes to the service, that customer is set up as a tenant. This makes the entire procedure easier for the customer as well as for eLoyalty. In addition, the customer can be set up faster with a minimum of testing.

To set up one or more tenants, in the Tenant Management Tool, click on Tenants in the Main Menu on the left side of the page. The Tenants page opens and displays a list of all currently defined tenants. See the following screen capture.
