Setting Up the UCCE Tab

This tab is available only if the UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise) Dialer selection in the Tenant Info tab is set to "ON". You can use this tab to set up the UCCE Dialer service.

To set up UCCE, provide the following information. Notice that the information for all four boxes is Required:

  • IP Address - Required. Enter the IP address used to access UCCE.

  • Name - Required.

  • User Name - Required. Enter the username of the UCCE administrator that is used to log into UCCE.

  • User Password - Required. The password is used by the UCCE administrator to administer the UCCE service. The password is visible to make it easier to be passed on to the tenant.

When you have finished providing all required information, click on the Save button to save your settings.
