Update Campaign Settings

You can update the settings associated with individual campaigns in the Campaign Settings pop-up window.

This section assumes that you are currently viewing the Campaigns™ page. If the Campaigns™ page is not currently displayed, Campaigns for information about displaying the Campaigns™ page.

To update campaign settings, perform the following steps:

  1. In the Campaigns™ page, locate the campaign for which you want to update the information. You can locate the campaign using any of the following methods:

    • Search for the campaign using the Search function.

    • Click on a column header label to sort the contents of the column either in ascending or in descending order.

    • Use paging controls to move between pages and locate the campaign.

    Locate the campaign to update the settings. Click anywhere on the campaign's row, to select the campaign. The selected campaign row changes to light green color.

  1. Click on the edit campaign icon on the right side of the row that displays the campaign. The Campaign Settings pop-up window opens. The name of the campaign and the campaign type are displayed in the upper left corner of the pop-up window. If the list of skill groups is large, you may have to scroll in the Campaign Settings pop-up window to view additional information.

  1. The Campaign Settings pop-up window includes the following tabs that you can use to update settings associated with the campaign. The tabs are discussed in the following sections:
