Directory Number Routing Features

The Directory Number Routing page displays a list of all directory number routes available and from this page you can perform the following tasks:

  • Add, edit, and delete directory number routes
  • Filter and search for directory number routes
  • Audit directory number routes

Directory Number Route Count – Displays the number of directory number routes on record and listed on the Directory Number Route page.

Actions Menu – Provides users with options for the following actions:

  • Add New Directory Number Routing – Opens the Create DN Route dialog allowing for the creation of a new directory number route. (See Create a Directory Number Route for more information.)
  • Clear all filters – Clears all search fields and sorting options on the page.
  • Export Data – Export Directory Number Route page data in CSV and PDF file formats.

    Columns – Show or hide Directory Number Route page columns.

Selection Indicators – Allows for the selection of directory number routes. The selection indicator located at the very top, in the column header, selects or deselects all listed directory number routes. Selecting agent teams adds the option to export only selected data from the Actions menu.

Directory Number Column – Lists all directory number routes that are in use.

Route To Column – Displays the name of the location the directory number is routed to.

Route Description Column – Displays a description for each directory number route.

Task Icons – Icons used to perform various tasks for managing directory routes. The task icons allow users to perform the following actions:
