Export and View Page Data

Many pages in Webex CCE Administration Portal display lists of data for various object types. This data may include important details that users might want to view outside of Portal. For this purpose, users can export data to a PDF document or CSV spreadsheet file format.

Exporting Page Data as a CSV Spreadsheet

To export page data:

  1. Open the page containing the data to export. This example shows how to export data from the Users page.
  2. Click the Actions menu, and select one of the following options:
    1. Export all data as CSV - Data exported using this option includes data from all columns, including hidden columns.
    2. Export visible data as CSV - Data exported using this option includes only data from visible columns. Hidden columns are not included.
  3. Choose one of the following options when the browser download window displays, and click the OK button:
    1. Open with - Opens the file with the application selected, immediately after downloading.
    2. Save File - Downloads and saves the file to the computer's Downloads folder.
  4. NOTE:
    This step may vary depending on the web browser used, as each have a different download interface. Some web browsers may only prompt the user to pick a location to save the file.

  5. Open the file to view details from the page.

Exporting Page Data as a PDF Document

To export page data:

  1. Open the page containing the data to export. This example shows how to export data from the Users page.
  2. Click the Actions menu, and select one of the following options:
    1. Export all data as PDF - Data exported using this option includes data from all columns, including hidden columns.
    2. Export visible data as PDF - Data exported using this option includes only data from visible columns. Hidden columns are not included.
  3. The browser download window displays. Choose one of the following options, and click OK:
    1. Open with - Opens the file with the application selected, immediately after downloading.
    2. Save File - Downloads and saves the file to the computer's Downloads folder.
  4. NOTE:
    This step may vary depending on the web browser used, as each have a different download interface. Some web browsers may only prompt the user to pick a location to save the file. The PDF file can also open for viewing directly in the web browser. If this happens, locate the PDF viewer's save or download button, to save it to a specific location.

  5. Open the file to view details from the page.
