Export Skill Membership by Agents

To get a full view of skills and their associated agents, the Skills tool has feature that allows users to export the entire list of skills to a spreadsheet format.

Exporting Skill Memberships

To export skill memberships by agent:

  1. Click the Actions button and select the Export skill membership by agent option.

  1. Do the following when the browser download window displays:
    1. Open with – Selecting this option opens the file with the application selected, immediately after clicking the OK button.
    2. Save File – Selecting this option downloads and saves the file to the computer's Downloads folder after clicking the OK button.
    3. Click the OK button to proceed with the selected option.
NOTE:
This step may vary depending on the web browser used, as each has a different download interface. Some web browsers may only prompt the user to pick a location to save the file.

  1. Open or view the file, depending on which option was selected in the previous step.
