Show or Hide Columns on a Page

Object details are often displayed under columns within Webex CCE Administration Portal. These make it easier for users to find information they are looking for. Some users may find that certain columns are not useful, so they can hide them out of sight.

Showing a Column

To restore a hidden column:

  1. Click the Actions menu, and scroll down to the Columns section.
  2. Identify the column to restore; hidden columns have an X located on the left side of the column title. Then, click the title to restore it.
  3. The column now displays on the page.

Hiding a Column - Method 1

To hide a column by using the Actions menu:

  1. Click the Actions menu, and scroll down to the Columns section.
  2. Identify the column to hide; displayed columns have a check mark located on the left side of the column title. Then, click the title to hide it.
  3. The column no longer displays on the page.

Hiding a Column - Method 2

To hide a column using the Column Sort Selector:

  1. Click the Column Sort Selector arrow in the header of the column to hide.
  2. Select the Hide Column option.
  3. The column no longer displays on the page.
