Node Compatibility

The Interaction Manager Designer uses a variety of nodes to connect and form a contact flow diagram. Each node has rules in place that govern which other nodes can connect and continue the flow. The diagram below provides a visual explanation of node compatibility:

NOTE:

The system generated child nodes, No Match and No Input, cannot connect to their parent Menu node.

NOTE:

The system generated child nodes, On Success, No Match, and No Input, cannot connect to their parent Collect Digits node.

NOTE:

The system generated child nodes, When Turned Off and When Turned On, cannot connect to their parent Route Switch node.

NOTE:

The system generated child nodes, On Holiday, Closed, and Open, cannot connect to their parent Route Schedule node.

NOTE:

The system generated child nodes, When No Data Found and When Data Found, cannot connect to their parent Route Table node.

NOTE:

The system generated child nodes, When Condition is True and When Condition is False, cannot connect to their parent If Condition node.
