Features of the Routing Controls Page

On the Routing Controls page all available routing controls are displayed, each in a card format. From this page, you can:

  • View all routing controls
  • Filter and search for routing controls
  • Add new routing controls
  • Manage routing controls
  • Audit routing controls
  • Export routing control data

Using the Routing Controls Page Features

Routing ControlsPage features

Search Field – Enter text into this field to filter controls based on specific text.

Control Type Filter – Clicking this filter displays a menu allowing for the selection of a specific type of control to show on the page.

Record Count – Displays the total number of controls currently displayed on the Routing Controls page out of the total available.

Create New Control – Displays a menu listing all types of controls you can create. Clicking on one the controls opens the Create Control interface for that specific type of control.

Export Control Data – Exports all control data in comma separated values (CSV) file format for viewing in Microsoft Excel or similar applications.

NOTE:

When exporting data, all data is included in the export. This includes any cards (or records) that are currently not displayed on the page.

Control Card – A card that displays the following information about each control on the Routing Controls page:

  • Control Name – Displays the name of the control.
  • Control Type – Displays the type of the control.
  • Control Value – Displays the value defined within the control. (This value does not display for all control types.)
  • Update By – Displays the user name of the user that created or last updated the control.
  • Actions Button – Displays a menu for accessing the following actions to perform for a control:

  • Manage – Opens the Manage Control interface for changing or updating the control.
  • Audit – Opens the Audit Routing Controls interface for viewing a history of changes made to the control.
  • Clone – Opens the Clone Schedule dialog for cloning a schedule control. (This menu option only displays for schedule controls.)
  • Delete – Opens the Confirm Routing Control Delete dialog allowing for the deletion of a control that is no longer needed.
  • Control Status – Displays the current status of the control, which can be one of the following:.
  • Active – Control is currently active.
  • Inactive – Control is currently inactive.
  • Pending – Control is neither active or inactive.
  • Last Update Date/Time – Displays the date and time the control was last updated by a user.

Loading Additional Routing Controls Page Data

The Routing Controls page can initially display up to 50 control cards (records). If more than 50 cards exist, you can have the page load more by clicking the Load more button located below the cards. Once clicked, the page will continuously load more cards as you scroll.

The Load more button only displays if more than 50 cards are available.
