Configure a New Source Control - Source System Tab

Begin the configuration of the new source system by completing the fields and options within the Source System tab.

NOTE:

You cannot select another tab until all required fields and options are completed and configured.

NOTE:

All required fields must me completed before you can save the configuration.

Name – Enter a unique name for the source control into this field. (Required)

Description – Enter a long or short description that helps to describe and identify this source system among others.

Single Tenant Instance – If this option is set to YES, the new source system configuration is only available for a single tenant. If NO is selected, multiple tenants can be associated with this source system. (Required)

Version – Select the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) version to use for the new source control instance. (Required)

NOTE:

The version selected here must match with the UCCE version set in the Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) deployment type.

Time Zone – Set the time zone to match the tenant's local time. (Required)

Max Skills to Agent – Enter the maximum number a skills that can be assigned to an agent when using the Skills tool within Humanify Portal. (Required)

ICM Synchronization Interval – Define how often Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) synchronizes with the source control by entering the number of minutes into this field. (Required)

Saving Changes

Save the configuration on this tab by clicking the Save button.

Continuing the Source Control Configuration

Continue the new source system configuration by completing the fields and options within the UCCE Info tab. See Configure a New Source Control - UCCE Info Tab for additional assistance.
