Interaction Manager Admin

Interaction Manager Admin allows internal users to create and manage custom Customer Voice Portal (CVP) based applications. You can then select the CVP applications within the External CVP XML field found in the Sub Application node properties. Interaction Manager Admin allows you to do the following:

  • Add, edit, and delete CVP applications
  • Add or delete input and output parameters for CVP applications
  • View audit history for CVP applications

Accessing the Interaction Manager Admin Page

Click to expand the Interaction Manager menu on the Humanify Portal navigation menu and select Admin.
