Delete a Team Desktop

Follow the steps below to delete a Team Desktop that is no longer needed.

NOTE:

The Delete Desktop icon only displays for Portal users with the Delete Agent Desktop Layout feature enabled for their role. Refer to theTurn Features On or Off for a Role topic for assistance with enabling this feature.

Deleting a Team Desktop

Delete a Team Desktop by doing the following:

  1. Locate the Team Desktop to delete within the Team Desktop grid.
  2. Click the Delete Desktop icon located on the same row of the Team Desktop.

  1. Confirm the deletion of the Team Desktop by clicking the Delete button, or click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.

NOTE:

If an agent team is using the Team Desktop, a dialog appears listing assigned teams. Remove these assignments before deleting the Team Desktop. See Assign or Un-assign Agent Teams for Team Desktops for instructions.
