Delete an Agent Team

When an agent team is no longer needed, it can be removed from the Agent Teams page by deleting it.

NOTE:

Deleting an agent team does not delete the associated agents or supervisors.

Deleting an Agent Team

To delete an agent team, do the following:

  1. Locate the agent team to delete.
  2. Click the Delete Team task icon located on the same row of the team to be deleted. This opens the Delete Agent Team dialog box.

  1. Confirm deleting the agent team by clicking the Delete button, or click Cancel to cancel the operation.
