Description Indicates the Organization ID for the PureCloud (Genesys Cloud) tenant. This ID allows SmartApps to validate requests sent between the PureCloud Add-In and the IVR.

Purpose Ensures requests are validated against the correct Genesys Cloud organization, enabling secure communication between SmartApps, the PureCloud Add-In, and IVR services.

Valid Values Valid Genesys Cloud Organization ID (GUID format).

Notes / Dependencies

• Organization ID is found on the Genesys Cloud Organization Details Administration page.
• Used together with:
  • 1000 – PureCloud OAuth Integration ClientId
  • 1001 – PureCloud Region
• Required for request validation between:
  • PureCloud Add-In
  • SmartApps
  • Teller integration
• Incorrect values may cause authentication or request-validation failures.
