Description Indicates the Client ID used for the PureCloud (Genesys Cloud) OAuth Integration configured for Site Manager.

Purpose Enables Site Manager to authenticate with the Genesys Cloud REST API so it can retrieve and manage queues and Wrap-Up Codes.

Valid Values A valid Genesys Cloud OAuth Integration Client ID (GUID format).

Notes / Dependencies

• Must match an OAuth Integration configured in Genesys Cloud.
• Used by Site Manager for API authentication.
• Required for retrieval of:
  • Queues
  • Wrap-Up Codes
• Depends on correct configuration of:
  • 1001 - PureCloud Region
  • 1002 - PureCloud Organization ID
