Quick Access - Password Reset

Resetting a user password is one of the most common tasks performed. Users may need their password reset for many reasons, such as:

• Forgot password
• Password compromised/unauthorized access
• Password expiration

Accessing Password Reset

1. Click the Password Reset shortcut. This will open the Users page.

2. Locate the user needing their password reset. Click the Reset Password (lock) icon located in the same row of the user.
