Enable or Disable a Campaign

Depending on your business needs, you can quickly and easily enable or disable one or more campaigns.

This section assumes that you are currently viewing the Campaigns™ page. If the Campaigns™ page is not currently displayed, Campaigns for information about displaying the Campaigns™ page.

To enable or disable a campaign, perform the following steps:

  1. In the Campaigns™ page, locate the campaign for which you want to update the information. You can locate the campaign using any of the following methods:

    • Search for the campaign using the Search function.

    • Click on a column header label to sort the contents of the column (and therefore the Campaigns™ page) either in ascending order or in descending order.

    • Use the paging controls to move between the pages and locate the campaign.

    Locate the campaign to update the settings. Click anywhere on the campaign's row, to select the campaign. The selected campaign row changes to light green color.

  1. When you locate the campaign that you want to enable/disable , you can click on the decision icon to change the current status of the campaign. See the following screen capture.

    Upon clicking the decision icon a confirmation pop-up window opens and displays the enabled/disabled message.
