Callbacks
The Callbacks feature is included as part of the Portal suite of tools, and is not considered a premium feature. It provides contact center users with full visibility of customer callback requests. When a callback request is created, it is queued up and displayed on the Callbacks page. From here users can:
- View callback summaries by status and queue
- View callback details for a specific date and status type
- Cancel callbacks
- Re-queue callbacks
Accessing the Callbacks Page
Select Callbacks from the Humanify Portal navigation menu.
