Audit a Workflow Action

On the Workflow Actions page, an Audit Workflow Actions feature is available for all workflow actions. Audit allows for viewing and tracking any changes made to a workflow action and displays the history of any changes made based on the following:

  • Workflow action creation
  • Workflow action updates

Accessing Audit Workflow Action

Access Audit Workflow Action by doing the following:

  1. Locate the workflow action to audit on the Workflow Actions page.
  1. Click the Audit Workflow Action task icon located on the same row of the workflow action.

Filtering Search by Audit Types

Before performing the audit search, select the type of audit to filter the results by. The Audit Workflow Action feature has the following audit type filters available:

  • All – Displays results for all audit change types.
  • User/Changed by – Displays only audit results for workflow action changes made by a user.

Audit Results

The following are changes frequently displayed in Audit Workflow Action results:

  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> created the Workflow <Workflow Action Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> updated the Workflow <Workflow Action Name>.
