Feature Name Withdrawals
Function Allows the member to request a withdrawal to check from any available share/ suffix/ account that will allow a withdrawal.

IVR Input

Required Input:

  • Source Account (Checking or Savings)
  • Withdrawal Amount

1. Product-Based Menu: Caller selects Deposit Services → Withdrawals.

Example: Press 1 for Deposit Services → Press 3 for Withdrawals

2. Function-Based Menu: Caller navigates through Account Services → Deposit Services → Withdrawals.

Example: Press 3 for Account Services → Press 1 for Deposit Services → Press 3 for Withdrawals

  • Updated balance (if configured)
  • Confirmation number (if configured)
  • Fee confirmation message (if configured)
  • Delivery message (if configured)
  • Limits message (if configured)

Error Handling

  1. Invalid Input: After allowed invalid attempts (configured via 102), IVR replays the prompt or routes to an agent (Feature 0008).
  2. No Input: After allowed no entries (configured via 101), IVR repeats the prompt; further timeouts return to Main Menu (Feature 0029).
  3. System Failure: “We’re unable to complete your withdrawal at this time.” Caller may be routed to an agent or disconnected gracefully.
