Profile

Teller Profiles define how Teller behaves for callers. A Teller Profile controls the end-to-end caller experience, including greetings, authentication behavior, menu routing, account information, transaction playback, transaction behavior, and optional features such as card management and merchant verification fraud controls.

Some options and behaviors may vary by core processor and deployment configuration. If a field or feature is not available in your environment, it may be disabled or hidden.

Open the Default Teller Profile

• From the left navigation pane, select Teller.
• Click Profiles.
• Select Default Profile from the list.
• The Default Teller Profile settings page opens.

UI conventions

• Toggle: Enables or disables a setting.
• Dropdown: Selects a value from a predefined list.
