Manage Group Assignments for a Collection

When a group is assigned to a collection, it is automatically associated with any users that are also assigned to the access group. This topic covers how to assign or remove groups for a collection.

Accessing the Assign Groups Interface

Locate the collection you need to assign or un-assign groups for and access the Assign Groups interface by doing the following:

  1. Click the Actions button.
  2. Select Groups to access.

Saving Changes

Save any changes by clicking Save, or click Cancel to cancel the operation.

NOTE:

If canceling the operation, a Confirm Navigation panel displays. Click Leave Page to confirm canceling. To close the panel and return to the previous task, click Stay on Page.
