Updating the ICM DB Info Tab
This section provides information about updating the database as it is currently defined.
Note: If you click on the Save button before you have finished providing all required information, all boxes that are missing information are highlighted.
If the ICM DB Info tab is not the active tab, click on the tab now to make it the active tab. In the ICM DB Info tab in the database setup pane, verify or update the following information:

AW Server Name - Required. Verify or update the IP address that identifies the Application Gateway (AG) server.

AW Database Name - Required. Verify or update the name of the Application Gateway (AG) database identified in the above parameter.

Destination Database Name - You cannot change the contents of this box.

Database Collation Name - You can click anywhere in the box to open the drop-down menu and then click on a different collation name to select that name.

User Name - Required. Verify or update the user name that is used by the customer to access the database.
Important: Before you update this value in the Tenant Creation tool, the SQL Server user should be in the ICM AW database. Before you update the user name in the ICM AW database section of the Tenant Creation Tool, you should verify that the new user is already listed in the ICM AW database or you should create the new user in the database. You will need to log into the AW database server and use the Management SQL Server studio to create the new SQL Server user with a user name and password. The SQL Server user should have access to the awdb database.

Password - Required. Verify or update the password that will be used with the user name (described above) to access the database.
Important: Before you enter this value in the Tenant Creation tool, the SQL Server user should be in the ICM AW database. Before you enter the password in the ICM AW database section of the Tenant Creation Tool, in the ICM AW database, you should create the user that will be using the password. You will need to log into the AW database server, use the Management SQL Server studio to create the SQL Server user with the user name and password. The SQL Server user should have access to the awdb database.

HDS DB Server IP - Required. Verify or update the IP address that points to the remote database that includes the table (CampaignSkillGroupControls) used to synchronize changes to skills that are associated to campaigns. Whenever a UI value associated with a skill group that is associated to a campaign is changed (for example, Enabled, Mode, and/or Percentage), a remote call is made to the HDS DB Server IP database to update the CampaignSkillGroupControls table.
When you have finished updating all information, you can test your settings by clicking on the Test button. The Test button is activated only after you have provided all required information.
