View Access Summary for a User
Users and agents are often assigned to a varying number of groups or collections, making it difficult to track the assignments on an individual level. To simplify this process, the Users tool has a feature called Access Summary which provides a quick way to view all the group and collection assignments. The feature also allows you to export the data for better viewing efficiency for users with multiple assignments.

The Access Summary dialog consists of two panes, the Access Groups pane and the Collections pane.
Access Groups Pane
Displays a list of groups the user is associated with. These groups can be expanded to reveal the associated collections, or collapsed to hide the collections.
