Sign In

The sign-in page is the gateway for users to access Humanify Portal. It is the first page to display when a user accesses the Humanify Portal link provided to their organization.

Single Sign-On ADFS Page

If the contact center uses SSO (Single Sign-On), an ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) page, customized uniquely to the organization, displays. Signing in using this page automatically signs the user into the following:

Humanify Portal
Finesse
CUIC (Cisco Unified Intelligence Center)
ECE (Cisco Enterprise Chat and Email)
