Planned Maintenance and Upgrade Notifications

To maintain performance and add new features, Humanify Portal will sometimes need maintenance and upgrades. When this occurs, the service is not available for a temporary period of time. A notification displays at the top of the sign-in page a few weeks in advance, to inform users.

Acknowledging the Planned Maintenance

When the planned maintenance message displays at the top of the sign-in page, users must acknowledge the message before signing in.

  1. Place a check in the Acknowledged check box.
  2. Continue with sign in.

NOTE:

Acknowledgment of the maintenance notification is a requirement before a user signs in. If a user attempts to sign in without acknowledging, the following message displays:

Maintenance or Upgrade In Progress

Humanify Portal informs users when planned maintenance or upgrades begin. During the event, the following message displays in place of the sign-in page:
