Audit a Role
On the Roles page, an Audit Role feature is available for all roles. Audit allows for viewing and tracking any changes made to a role and displays the history of any changes made based on the following:
- Clone role
- Edit role
- Feature assignment
- User assignment
Accessing Audit Role
Access Audit Role by doing the following:
- Locate the role to audit on the Roles page.
- Click the Audit Role task icon located on the same row of the role.

Filtering Search by Audit Types
Before performing the audit search, select the type of audit to filter the results by. The Audit Role feature has the following audit type filters available:
- All – Displays results for all audit change types.
- User/Changed by – Displays only audit results for role changes made by a user.
- Feature – Displays only audit results for changes made to feature assignment.
- User – Displays only audit results for changes made to user assignment.
Audit Results
The following are changes frequently displayed in Audit Role results:
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> added the user <User First Name> <User Last Name>.
<User First Name> <User Last Name> removed the user <User First Name> <User Last Name>.
