Delete a Collection

Delete collections that are no longer needed by doing the following:

When a collection is no longer needed, you can delete the collection.

NOTES:

When deleting a collection, only the collection is removed. Any groups or objects associated with the collection still remain after the deletion. Deleting a collection also requires proper access. If you are unable to delete a collection, contact your supervisor, manager, or administrator to request permission.

  1. Click the Delete Collection task icon located on the same row as the collection to delete.

  1. On the Delete Collection dialog, click the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the group, or click the Cancel button to cancel the operation.
