Audit a Routing Control

On the Routing Control page, an Audit Control feature is available for all routing controls. Audit allows for viewing and tracking any changes made to a routing control and displays the history of any changes made based on the following:

  • Clone routing control
  • Routing control configuration
  • Routing control creation
  • Routing control table rows

Accessing Audit Control

Access Audit Control by doing the following:

  1. Locate the control to audit on the Routing Controls page.
  1. Click the Audit Control task icon located on the same row of the control.

Filtering Search by Audit Types

Before performing the audit search, select the type of audit to filter the results by. The Audit Control feature has the following audit type filters available:

  • All – Displays results for all audit change types.
  • User/Changed by – Displays only audit results for control changes made by a user.

Audit Results

The following are changes frequently displayed in Audit Control results:

  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> added the routing control <Routing Control Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> updated the routing control <Routing Control Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> removed the routing control <Routing Control Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> added the routing control special schedule <Special Schedule Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> cloned the routing control <Routing Control Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> added row <Row Name> to the routing control <Routing Control Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> edited row <Row Name> for the routing control <Routing Control Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> deleted row <Row Name> from the routing control <Routing Control Name>.
  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> removed the control <Routing Control Name>.
  • Service updated the routing control <Routing Control Name>.
