Audit a Precision Queue

On the Precision Queues page, an Audit Attribute feature is available for all Precision Queues. Audit allows for viewing and tracking any changes made to a Precision Queue and displays the history of any changes made based on the following:

• Precision Queue changes/updates

Accessing Audit Precision Queue

Access Audit Precision Queue by doing the following:

1. Locate the Precision Queue to audit on the Precision Queues page.

2. Click the Audit Precision Queue task icon located on the same row of the Precision Queue.

Filtering Search by Audit Types

Before performing the audit search, select the type of audit to filter the results. The Audit Precision Queues feature has the following audit type filters available:

• All – Displays results for all audit change types.
• User/Changed by – Displays only audit results for Precision Queue changes made by a user.

Audit Results

The following are changes frequently displayed in Audit Precision Queue results:

• <User First Name> <User Last Name> updated precision queue<Precision Queue Name>.
