Provide Feature Feedback

Each page within Webex CCE Administration Portal contains a rating/feedback feature, located at the top-right side of each page. Using this feature, you can provide a rating and leave feedback to help promote the improvement and growth of the Portal features.

Selecting a Rating

To provide a star rating for a feature:

  1. Access the Webex CCE Administration Portal feature or page to provide a rating for.
  2. Select the star rating you would like to apply to the feature.

1 Star – Bad

2 Stars – Poor

3 Stars – Fair

4 Stars – Good

5 Stars – Excellent

After selecting a rating, a feedback section appears below the stars.

Entering Feedback

Select a star rating for the feature as directed above. After selecting a star rating, the feedback section displays below the stars.

  1. Enter any feedback into the Type your feedback field (up to 500 characters). Feedback can include:
  • Comments
  • Suggestions
  • Problems
  1. Click the Save button to submit the feedback entered.
