Audit an Audio Group
On the Audio Manager page, an Audit Audio Group feature is available for all audio groups. Audit allows for viewing and tracking any changes made to an audio group and displays the history of any changes made based on the following:
- Audio groups
- Audio prompts
- Audio versions
Accessing Audit Audio Group
Access Audit Audio Group by doing the following:
- Locate the audio group to audit on the Audio Manager page.
NOTE:
For assistance with locating Audio Groups, see Audio Manager Features.
- Click the Audit Audio Group task icon located next to the audio group.

Filtering Search by Audit Types
Before performing the audit search, select the type of audit to filter the results by. The Audit Audio Group feature has the following audit type filters available:
- All – Displays results for all audit change types.
- User/Changed by – Displays only audit results for audio changes made by a user.
Audit Results
The following are changes frequently displayed in Audit Audio Group results:
- Service activated the <Audio File Name> for <Audio Prompt Name>.
- Service de-activated the <Audio File Name> for <Audio Prompt Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> updated the audio version <Audio Version Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> added the audio language <Audio Language>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> added the audio prompt <Audio Prompt Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> removed the audio prompt <Audio Prompt Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> updated the audio prompt <Audio Prompt Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> updated the audio group <Audio Group Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> failed to upload audio file <Audio File Name> to audio prompt <Audio Prompt Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> successfully uploaded an audio file to audio prompt <Audio Prompt Name>.
- <User First Name> <User Last Name> successfully activated an audio file for audio prompt <Audio Prompt Name>.
