Audit a Directory Number Route

On the Directory Number Route page, an audit feature is available. Audit allows for viewing and tracking any changes made to a directory number route and displays the history of any changes made based on the following:

• Directory number route creation
• Direcotry number route updates

Accessing Audit DN Route

Access Audit Directory Number Route by doing the following:

1. Locate the directory number route to audit on the Directory Number Route page.

2. Click the Audit Directory Number Route task icon located on the same row of the route.

Filtering Search by Audit Types

Before performing the audit search, select the type of audit to filter the results by. The Audit Directory Number Route feature has the following audit type filters available:

• All – Displays results for all audit change types.
• User/Changed by – Displays only audit results for directory number route changes made by a user.

Audit Results

The following are changes frequently displayed in Audit DN Route results:

• <User First Name> <User Last Name> created the Routing for Directory Number <Directory Number> Route to: <Route Name>.
• <User First Name> <User Last Name> updated Directory Number Routing <Directory Number>.
