Audit a Call Type Mapping

On the Call Type Mapping page, an Audit Call Type Mapping feature is available for all call types. Audit allows for viewing and tracking any changes made to a Call Type Mapping and displays the history of any changes made based on the following:

  • Call Type Mapping changes/updates

Accessing Audit Call Type Mapping

Access Audit Call Type Mapping by doing the following:

  1. Locate the Call Type Mapping to audit on the Call Type Mapping page.
  1. Click the Audit Call Type Mapping task icon located on the same row of the Call Type Mapping.

Filtering Search by Audit Types

Before performing the audit search, select the type of audit to filter the results. The Audit Call Type Mapping feature has the following audit type filters available:

  • All – Displays results for all audit change types.
  • User/Changed by – Displays only audit results for Call Type Mapping changes made by a user.

Audit Results

The following are changes frequently displayed in Audit Call Type Mapping results:

  • <User First Name> <User Last Name> updated calltype <Call Type Mapping Name>.
