916 - Play certificate rate

Description This field will indicate whether the interest rate for the certificate should be played.
Purpose Controls whether callers or users are informed of the current interest rate associated with a certificate account when certificate information is presented.
Behavior
- If set to T → certificate rate is spoken or displayed along with other certificate details
- If set to F → certificate rate is suppressed
Valid Values
- T = True
- F = False
