913 - DNA Core API - Organization Pseudo Member Last Name

Description This field will contain the Organization Pseudo Member Last Name that will enable the system to locate the organization when the caller uses the pseudo member number.

Purpose Allows SmartApps/IVR to successfully identify and retrieve organization records in DNA when callers authenticate or search using a pseudo member number instead of a standard member number.

Behavior

• When the caller enters a pseudo member number
• The system pairs it with the pseudo member last name value in this parameter
• DNA is then able to locate and return the corresponding organizational pseudo member

Valid Values

Any last-name text value configured in DNA for organizational pseudo members

Default Value WWW/VRU
