898 - Keystone – Login ID Contents description

Description This parameter will allow you to specify the contents of the Login ID on a Keystone system that will be spoken if multiple accounts are found under the same Login ID.

Purpose Determines what identifying information is read back to the caller to help distinguish between multiple accounts sharing the same Keystone Login ID.

Behavior

• When multiple accounts exist under one Login ID, the system will speak the data element selected by this parameter
• Helps callers choose the correct account without exposing unnecessary information

Valid Values

• 1 = Tax ID
• 2 = Phone Number
• 3 = Selection from Site Parameter 601
• 4 = Account Number
• 5 = SSN

• Applies to Keystone core environments
• Option 3 requires 601 - Account Entity Description to be configured
• Handling of sensitive identifiers (Tax ID / SSN) should follow your institution’s security policy
