799 - Product Bypass Option

Description This option will determine the action that will occur in subsequent products when a caller bypasses authentication in the initial product.
Purpose Controls how authentication is handled if:
- a caller bypasses authentication in one product
- then later accesses another product that normally requires authentication
Example: A caller bypasses authentication in Smart Info. This parameter determines what happens when that caller then enters another product that requires authentication.
Valid Values
- B – Bypass
Subsequent product is allowed without authentication. - A – Continue with authentication if bypassed previous product
Caller must authenticate because they bypassed previously. - C – Continue with authentication if failed previous product
Caller must authenticate because they failed authentication previously.
Default Value B
Notes/Dependencies
- Teller always requires authentication, regardless of this parameter
- Applies only to products with authentication capability
